Full-Stack Development
Oxiaura Cosmetics
Oxiaura Cosmetics ran its sales, purchasing, and warehouse operations from a single, heavily-used spreadsheet. This project takes that real operational data and workflow and rebuilds it as a proper multi-branch web application.

The challenge
The existing workbook already encoded years of real business logic across sales, purchasing, warehouse transfers, sample tracking, and disposals for 20 SKUs across seven branches. The challenge was preserving that logic and accuracy — especially stock movement — while moving it into a system that could scale and support multiple concurrent users.
The approach
- 01
Audited the existing 18-sheet workbook to understand every workflow: data entry, product movement, invoicing, payments, and warehouse transfers.
- 02
Designed a Flask and MySQL backend with an append-only stock-movement ledger as the core of the inventory model.
- 03
Planned the build as a 13-phase backend specification, delivered as a standalone build document.
- 04
Modeled multi-branch stock, sales, and purchasing so head office and branch data stay consistent.
- 05
Rebuilt invoice and payment receipt generation to match the existing business documents.
The outcome
The proposal was approved and development moved into a phased backend build, giving the business a foundation to replace spreadsheet-based operations with a system that can scale past manual tracking.
